Ben Thomas is described as a white male with short dark hair and facial hair. He is 5ft 8in tall.
Ben has links to the St Blazey, Bugle and St Austell areas.
Police say numerous enquiries have already been made to find him. Officers have now turned to the public for help and are asking anyone who spots him to come forward.
