Roly’s Fudge Tintagel turns tiramisu into its new autumn flavour

Coffee, dark rum and a dusting of cocoa. It sounds like the end of a long Italian dinner. This one comes by the 100g from a fudge pantry in Tintagel.

Roly’s Fudge Pantry Tintagel has revealed Tiramisu Fudge as its new seasonal flavour for autumn, a handcrafted twist on the Italian dessert.

What goes into Tiramisu Fudge

The flavour taps into what the company describes as 2026’s ‘newstalgia’ food movement, where comforting classics are reimagined with a premium twist.

Intense dark chocolate (100% cocoa) is blended with a layer of smooth white chocolate. A dusting of cocoa powder goes on top. And running through it all is an infusion of rich coffee and dark rum.

Two hours for 100 portions

It is all made by hand using Roly’s traditional fudge-making techniques. Each small batch takes over two hours to create and yields just 100 portions.

That slow approach is what keeps the signature melt-in-your-mouth, crumbly texture the brand is known for.

A seasonal opener from the new owner

Amanda Wills, the new owner of Roly’s Fudge Pantry Tintagel, said: “We wanted to kick off the season with something truly special.
