What 13 nature lovers spotted at Boscawen Park in Truro
Twenty three species of bird in one park. Then another twelve down by the water. That was the tally after a group with binoculars and cameras set off on a Birdwatching and Nature Wander in Truro.
Thirteen nature and wildlife enthusiasts took part in the event at Boscawen Park and Truro River. It was organised by Rowena Castillo-Nicholls, founder and chair of Connect with Nature with Rowena, and Rob Nicholls was the fieldtrip leader.

Down on Truro River
The walk also took in Truro River, where the group saw twelve species of birds.
Among the photos they shared are a teal, a greenshank and a redshank.
