Snap Fitness Opens New 24 Hour Gym in Wadebridge

Fitness fans in Wadebridge have a new option on the high street following the opening of Snap Fitness Wadebridge today.

The state of the art gym has opened its doors at Estuary Retail Park and will be available to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Two floors of gym space

The new gym is based in a newly built retail unit and spans two floors, offering more than 11,000 square feet of gym space. It has been designed to provide a welcoming and inclusive place for people to work towards their fitness goals.

Members will have access to top of the range gym equipment, a recovery area featuring an infrared sauna, and a dedicated Reformer Pilates space.

Classes, recovery and global access

Membership includes virtual and instructor led group exercise classes, along with access to more than 1,000 Snap Fitness locations worldwide.

The Reformer Pilates area is expected to be a popular feature. Each Reformer bed includes a built in touchscreen, giving members access to over 800 on demand video workouts, available at any time of day or night.

Third gym for local owners

The Wadebridge gym is the third Snap Fitness location owned by husband and wife team Gurnake and Olga Cheema, who also operate the nearby Snap Fitness in Bodmin.

Speaking on opening day, Olga said:
“We’re delighted that our opening day is here. It’s so exciting to open another Snap Fitness location in the area just in time for people to make a healthy start to 2026. We’ve had some incredible feedback about how the gym looks and feels already.

“We worked hard to ensure the design and the equipment here is a reflection of what the local community wanted. We understand that setting foot into a gym can be overwhelming for some people but that won’t be the case here. Our goal is to be the most inclusive gym in the area and that people feel completely at ease when they walk through our door.”
