A bright afternoon after the early cloud
Thursday begins mostly cloudy with some showery bursts of rain moving southwards, but it brightens up through the morning and warm sunshine develops for the afternoon. The northwesterly breeze slowly eases as the day goes on. The maximum temperature reaches 24°C.
The sunshine carries on into the evening, with plenty of clear skies overnight. A few mist patches may form as the winds fall light in the early hours. It turns cooler than of late, dropping to a minimum of 9°C.
Friday looks like the pick of the days
Once any shallow mist or fog patches clear in the morning, Friday brings plenty of sunshine through the day. With the winds staying light it feels warmer for many, and the temperature climbs to a maximum of 25°C.
The weekend stays warm
Saturday turns generally cloudier, though it stays mostly dry with bright spells. Sunday and Monday bring variable cloud with sunshine at times. Temperatures across the weekend sit above average, so it keeps feeling very warm.
