Today

Friday started cooler and fresher than Cornwall has felt of late, but the day settles into a mostly dry one with plenty of sunny spells. Winds stay generally light, so it should feel pleasantly warm whenever you step into the sunshine. The maximum temperature is around 21°C.

Tonight

A dry night follows, with clear spells and light winds across the region. It turns rather cool and fresh again once the sun goes down, so an extra layer for any late evening plans would not go amiss. The minimum temperature drops to about 6°C.

Saturday

Winds stay light into Saturday and the sunny spells keep coming. An isolated light shower is possible somewhere, but most places stay dry through the day. It feels pleasant out in the sunshine, and the temperature climbs a little higher, up to around 23°C.

Sunday stays mostly dry with more sunny spells to see out the weekend. Monday and Tuesday bring the first real shift, with some rain or thundery showers likely, though both days stay mainly dry. It turns a little warmer too, so the week ahead trades some of the settled calm for the chance of a rumble or two.
