Any early low cloud and fog should lift through the morning to leave a dry day with plenty of sunny spells. The sunshine hangs around longest in the west, so far Cornwall does well out of it. Light northwesterly winds keep it feeling very warm, with a maximum temperature of 27°C.

Tonight

Dry overnight with variable cloud and some clear spells. Those patches of low cloud and fog are likely to sneak back in by the morning. Minimum temperature of 13°C.

Friday

Another fine day, and the warmest of the run. It may start a touch grey and misty in places, but the sunshine builds through the morning to set up a very warm afternoon. Maximum temperature of 28°C.

Saturday to Monday

Saturday keeps the very warm sunshine going. Then conditions turn more changeable into Sunday, with showery and breezy weather arriving from the northwest. Monday stays mostly dry, though quite cloudy, and the heat of the week is behind us by then.
