Serious Road Traffic Collision on A30 Near Zelah

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious road traffic collision on the A30 westbound near Zelah.

What happened

Officers were called at around 1.51pm on Wednesday 14th January to a two vehicle collision on the A30 westbound. The incident involved a Volvo tanker type lorry and a Renault car.

The driver of the Volvo tanker suffered serious injuries.

Road closures and investigation

The road was closed in both directions while officers carried out an investigation at the scene. Police have thanked the public for their patience during the closure.
