Mark and John Qualify as RNLI Tractor Drivers at Bude Lifeboat Station
Two members of the Bude RNLI Lifeboat team have officially qualified as tractor drivers after successfully completing their assessments earlier this week.

Hard Work and Dedication Pays Off
Mark and John were congratulated by the station for showing both competence and dedication during their training. According to Bude RNLI Lifeboat, they were “put through their paces on assessment the other evening” and came through with flying colours.
The lifeboat station encouraged supporters to give the pair a wave when they’re next spotted on duty.
“Well done gents!!” the post ended, applauding their achievement.
Supporting the Lifeboat Team
Tractor drivers play a crucial role in launching and recovering lifeboats, especially in challenging coastal conditions. This qualification marks an important step in operational support at the Bude RNLI station.
