Limited Tickets Remaining for Rose of Nevada Preview Tour Starting 7th April

Film fans across Cornwall are being urged to act quickly, with limited tickets remaining for preview screenings of Rose of Nevada ahead of its official release later this month.

The latest film from Newlyn-based director Mark Jenkin begins its South West preview tour on Tuesday 7th April, with strong demand already seeing several venues completely sold out.

Multiple Venues Already Fully Booked

All seats for the opening preview at Newlyn Filmhouse on 7th April have now gone, while screenings at The Poly in Falmouth, the Plaza in Truro, Exeter Phoenix and Bristol’s Watershed have also sold out.

With the tour just days away, remaining tickets are now limited to a handful of locations.

Where Tickets Are Still Available

At the time of writing, seats are still available for the following screenings:

• Ritz Cinema, Penzance – 8th April
• Regal Cinema, Redruth – 10th April
• Lighthouse Cinema, Newquay – 11th April
• Regal Cinema, Wadebridge – 12th April
• White River Cinema, St Austell – 13th April
• Capitol Cinema, Bodmin – 13th April

Each preview screening will also feature a director Q&A, giving audiences the chance to hear directly from Mark Jenkin about the making of the film.

A Cornwall-Shot Mystery Featuring Big Names

Rose of Nevada is described as a time-slip mystery and was shot entirely in Cornwall. The film stars George MacKay, known for his role in 1917, alongside Callum Turner, who has recently appeared in Masters of the Air.

The preview tour comes ahead of the film’s official UK and Ireland release on Friday 24th April.
