A project with potential
Auction appraiser James Lofthouse said: “This is a house with plenty of potential.
“While in need of improvement and renovation, it benefits from off-road parking and numerous outbuildings and is located in a peaceful edge-of-village setting where it adjoins open countryside with great views.”
How it is being sold
The property is being auctioned in arrangement with View Property. It is one of 169 lots listed across England for the sale.
It is also one of two Cornish lots on the same release. The other, Highfield Park play area at Latchbrook in Saltash, has a freehold guide of £250 plus.
