RSPCA Cornwall thanks L&K Travel for £100 donation
A prize draw at a travel firm’s fundraising evening has turned into some very welcome news for the animals in RSPCA Cornwall Branch‘s care, after the charity picked up a share of the money raised.

How the £500 was raised
The donation came from L&K Travel‘s Explore the World event and prize draw, which brought in £500 in total. Rather than keeping the proceeds for one cause, the sum was split between three local charities, with RSPCA Cornwall Branch chosen as one of them and handed a £100 share.
Every pound helps
RSPCA Cornwall Branch says it is self-funded, so donations like this one go straight toward the animals currently in its care. The charity says every gift, large or small, helps it provide care, rehabilitation and a second chance to the animals who need it most.
Thank you to everyone at L&K Travel, and to everyone who took part in the Explore the World event, for their support.
The other two charities that shared in the night’s £500 total have not been named.
