Ambulance Service Asks: What Was Your Experience Really Like?

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is asking people to come forward and share their experiences of using its services over the past year.

The Trust says feedback from patients and those who have supported them plays an important role in helping improve the care it provides.

Why your feedback matters

In a short message shared publicly, the service explained that it learns from every patient experience and uses that insight to make improvements.

People who have used the ambulance service, or helped someone who has, are being encouraged to take part and share their views.

The Trust said: “At the South Western Ambulance Service, we learn from every patient experience to improve the care we provide and your voice is a vital part of that learning.”

How to take part

Anyone who has had contact with the service in the past year can submit feedback online.

The Trust added: “If you’ve used our service in the past year (or supported someone who has), please tell us about your experience.”
