A new youth group for young people in Year Groups 10 to 13 (from September 2026) who identify as quiet, introverted, shy, or highly sensitive. The first session is open to anyone who fits that age group, and is being run as a co-creation session rather than a traditional meet up. Attendees are invited to help shape what the group does next by sharing ideas for activities and crafts, either out loud or via an anonymous idea board. There’s no pressure to speak, no icebreakers, and nothing to prepare.
Run by Quiet Connections, a Cornwall-based community organisation supporting quieter people. Anyone aged 18 or over can find details of their Liskeard adult Meet Up on the main site.
