Closure order shuts Tywardreath Highway home for three months
Nobody is allowed to set foot inside one house on Tywardreath Highway for the next three months. Anyone who tries could be arrested.
St Austell Police served a closure order on 4 Santos Terrace, Tywardreath Highway, last Sunday (20 September).
Officers said it followed numerous reports of the occupants and visitors engaging in anti-social behaviour (ASB), along with suspected illegal drug use and supply.

What the closure order means
The order was imposed by the court to prevent further criminality, ASB and disorder at the address.
It makes it an offence for anyone to enter the property for a three-month period. A person who stays at or enters the address in breach of the order can be arrested and could face conviction at court.
What happens next
The neighbourhood team said its work at the address is not finished, and it will carry on with partner agencies to stop any further problems there.
In a statement, police said: “We will continue to work [with] our partners to prevent further criminality and ASB from the address.”
