Why the timing matters

Zoopla’s own data shows 17% of people currently searching to buy in the South West are coming from outside the region, drawn in by the promise of more space and a coastal lifestyle. The new listing arrangement will support Stags’ existing partnership with The London Office, which specifically targets people relocating from the capital to the South West.
