New Phase of Homes Launched at Bellevue in Bude

A new phase of homes has been unveiled at Bellevue in Bude, as South West-based housebuilder Cavanna Homes continues work on the growing development while highlighting more than £765,000 invested into the local community.

The latest phase was officially launched last month, adding to the established neighbourhood on the edge of the seaside town.

Over £765,000 Supporting Local Projects

The wider Bellevue development has already secured £765,261 in Section 106 contributions aimed at supporting projects in and around Bude.

This funding includes:

• Expansion of Bude Infant & Junior School
• Improvement works at Skitches Corner Junction
• Investment in outdoor sports pitches in Stratton
• New public open space facilities for teenagers
• Support for local air quality improvements

A Fresh Look for the Development

The newly launched phase introduces homes with a more contemporary architectural style, designed to complement the traditional character of earlier properties at Bellevue.

Features include crisp white render, anthracite window frames and red brick detailing, creating a modern streetscape while remaining in keeping with the surrounding area.
