Police Appeal After Fatal Collision on A3059 Near Newquay
Police are appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision on the A3059 near Newquay in the early hours of Sunday 24th August.

Collision Details
Emergency services were called at around 12.25am after reports of a two-vehicle collision involving a white 110cc moped and a red single decker bus.
The 22-year-old rider of the moped, who was from the Newquay area, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The 33-year-old driver of the bus, from the St Austell area, was uninjured.
Road Closures
The A3059 was closed while officers carried out a detailed examination of the scene. The closures were later handed over to highways at around 3.45am.
Witness Appeal
Police are now asking for anyone who may have information or dashcam footage to come forward.
