Free Courses Across Cornwall Aim to Help Young People Into Work
Young people aged 16–24 who are not currently in work, education or training can access a range of free short courses being run across Cornwall over the coming weeks.
The sessions are delivered by the Youth Engagement Project (YEP) and are designed to help build confidence, develop practical skills and support future career options.
YEP supports young people aged 16–24 to access education, training and job opportunities and is linked to Cornwall Council.
What the sessions cover
Courses cover a wide range of topics, including food safety, health and safety, art therapy, employability skills, apprenticeships and careers guidance. There is also a music jam session taking place in Liskeard.
All sessions are free to attend.
