Ten months out, and the August bank holiday weekend at Port Eliot already has two BRIT Award winners pencilled in.

Tunes in the Park has named rapper Aitch and singer-songwriter Rag’n’Bone Man as the first two headline acts for its 2027 line-up. The festival returns to Port Eliot Estate in St Germans from Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 August 2027, its sixth year at the estate.

Aitch takes the Friday

Aitch, one of the leading names in British rap, will play a big Friday night set on 27 August.

Live shows are where he has built his name, with a charismatic stage presence that has carried him to venues and festivals around the world. His debut album, Close To Home, reached number two. That success gave him momentum, and in 2023 he won the BRIT Award for Best Hip Hop/Rap/Grime Act.

Rag’n’Bone Man closes the festival on Sunday

Closing the weekend on Sunday 29 August is Rag’n’Bone Man, real name Rory Graham, another BRIT Award winner.

He broke through in 2016 with Human, a global number one, and has drawn audiences ever since with his deep baritone and a sound that mixes soul, blues and hip-hop. His debut album, also called Human, went four times platinum and included the hits Skin and Grace. His second album, Life by Misadventure, went straight in at number one in 2021.

He has also worked with a long list of international artists. His track Giant with Calvin Harris reached number two in the UK and won an Ivor Novello Award.

More than the music at Port Eliot

Organisers say the festival keeps growing as a fixture of the Cornish summer, and there is plenty going on away from the music and comedy stages.

Wellbeing sessions take in yoga, meditation, wild swimming and paddle board hire. For children there are circus workshops and a junior jungle kids rave, with more planned for families and everyone else. The full list is on the festival’s activities page.

The rest of the line-up is still under wraps. Organisers say the full bill will be announced in due course.
