A South West housebuilder has once again secured top marks from its customers, marking another year of strong feedback from homebuyers.

Persimmon Homes has achieved a five-star rating in its annual customer satisfaction survey, making it the fifth consecutive year the company has received the highest possible score.

Five Years of Top Ratings

The rating is based on surveys completed by customers after moving into their new homes. The feedback process has recently been updated, with a stronger focus on build quality and aftercare.

Scores are now drawn from both eight-week and nine-month surveys, offering a broader view of customer experience over time.

Developments Across the South West

Persimmon operates across a wide area in the South West, with sites ranging from Helston in Cornwall and Taunton in Somerset to Didcot in Oxfordshire and Wootton-under-Edge in Stroud.
