Legacy Properties has finished construction at its Kingswood development in Pentewan Valley, with the last homes now ready for people to move into.

Legacy acquired the four acre brownfield site in September 2022 and began construction in July 2023. The development includes 24 detached private homes, each with either four or five bedrooms.
